At White Gloves, we are committed to delivering a full service, stress-free moving experience to accommodate your every moving need. You can count on our experienced team of movers for dependable high quality service. Holding strong partnerships with many interior designers, homeowners and contractors with first class standards; we specialize in moving, packing and crating high-end furnishings and art that require a careful “white glove” touch.
The job starts upon departure from our warehouse in Kohanaiki Industrial and ends upon departure from clients’ final destination. Any furniture or items weighing less than 200lbs shall require two men; anything over may be subject to more movers.
We will provide straps, tools, dollies and blanket use. Additional charges may include storage, shipping, rubbish removal fees and/or materials; costs to vary depending on needs. Storage space is offered at our clean and secure Kohanaiki warehouse or private units may be leased through White Gloves at a nearby facility. Shipping rates are determined by the actual dimensions and weight of your freight; our office staff will get multiple quotes to provide you with the most cost effective method to ship your goods.
Change/ Cancellation Fee Policy: Once your move has been booked and confirmed any schedule changes must be made 5 days in advance to avoid a change or cancellation fee. This fee may be subject up to 25% of your moves quoted value.
Payment Policy: Payment is required in full by cash, check or credit card upon job completion or upon receiving an invoice for our services via email. A credit card on file may be required to confirm your move.
